Consultation Meeting

My services

Here's how I can support you and your loved ones. My goal is to provide a friendly and straightforward approach, so you can feel confident in finding the right path for you and your family.

My commitment

Most couples are able to reach agreements through mediation. If some matters remain unresolved, my commitment is to provide a clear and supportive summary of what has been agreed and where differences remain. This helps you move forward with clarity, saving time and cost by avoiding repeated discussions and ensuring any next steps are focused only where they’re truly needed.

Costs
All costs are fixed and inclusive of other charges.

You may be eligible for FREE mediation if you are assessed as qualifying for legal aid. By contrast, legal costs for court proceedings typically start at £3,000 per person. Even where legal aid is not available, mediation remains a significantly more affordable alternative to going to court.

I know it’s important to have clarity about costs, which is why I offer fixed fees, with no hidden extras for session notes or follow-up letters — charges that some mediation services add separately.

Anyone wishing to begin court proceedings is now required to obtain a certificate from a mediator confirming attendance at a MIAM. Following a MIAM or mediation, if you require a signed court form (mediator’s certificate) — C100, Form A, or FM1 — I provide this for a flat fee of £35, even if more than one form is required.

Initial information session (MIAM) - £130 per party

Child inclusive mediation (1 hour) - £100
